Bud’s Growery — Personal Care & Beauty — Topical Use

Personal Care & Beauty

Nineteen products. One rubber duck. Ongoing hostage situation.

Soaps, serums, scrubs, balms, masks, and cleansers — the stuff that goes on you rather than in you. Handmade bar soaps, vitamin C and dark spot serums, Dead Sea mud, shea butter, tallow cream, charcoal cleanser, and a Bath & Body Works body wash line we stock alongside our own.

Spa day. Going great.

Bud — Jumping Spider, Currently Armed

GIVE IT BACK. *SWING* That duck has been mine since 2019, it has my name on the bottom in Sharpie, and I have watched you carry it into this bathroom every single week for two years like I wouldn't notice. *SWING* I have eight eyes. EIGHT. Do you understand the surveillance disadvantage you're operating under here?

And before anybody asks — yes, I'm holding a luffa. On a stick. Because I have eight limbs and a towel turban and I refuse to explain further. The Breathe Clear soap is eucalyptus and peppermint, cold-process, shea and coconut oil. The Charcoal bar is tea tree and peppermint, actual activated charcoal, not gray dye. Those are both excellent products and I would like to be discussing them under calmer circumstances. GIVE ME THE DUCK.

Spingbots — Tabby Cat, In Possession Of The Duck

Can't hear you over the bubbles. Not letting go.

While he winds up for another swing — the Catnap bar is lavender, cedar, and fir needle, and it's the one I actually use, because I am a cat and the name is not a coincidence. The Dead Sea mud mask is raw mineral, fragrance-free, no fillers. The tallow cream is grass-fed and it's the heaviest moisturizer on this whole page. Coffee scrub's peppermint and sea salt, exfoliating, smells like a café that got into a fight.

Duck's mine now. Possession is nine tenths. He can put that in his spreadsheet.

Bud — Still Swinging

IT SAYS “B. SPIDER” ON THE UNDERSIDE. *SWING* THAT IS DOCUMENTATION. THAT IS A CHAIN OF CUSTODY.

Questions

Is everything in this collection topical?

No. Most of it is, but the tag rule that builds this collection matches on “Skin Care” and “Skin Health” too, which pulls in a couple of ingestible supplements (collagen peptides, collagen gummies) and a culinary hemp seed oil. Check the product itself before assuming it goes on your face.

Are these products hemp or CBD-based?

Mostly no. These are conventional personal care products — soaps, serums, balms. The hemp seed oil is the only hemp-derived item here, and hemp seed oil contains no meaningful cannabinoids; it's pressed from the seed, not the flower.

Do you make these yourselves?

The Ripkitty-branded items are our own line. The Bath & Body Works body washes are a third-party brand we stock — different manufacturer, different formulation standards, listed as-is.

Any of this tested on animals?

The Ripkitty line is listed cruelty-free across the board. For the third-party Bath & Body Works items, refer to that brand's own published policy rather than ours.

Which soap for sensitive skin?

Coastal Breezewood (aloe & cucumber) is the one specifically formulated for sensitive skin. On the serum side, Velvet Core is the sensitive-skin dark spot formulation. For unscented body care, Bare-Knuckle Bamboo balm and the raw shea butter are both fragrance-free.

Do these make any medical or health claims?

No. Nothing here is evaluated by the FDA or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything. Descriptions cover ingredients, scent, and texture. If you have a skin condition, see a dermatologist rather than a product page.

Patch testing?

Worth doing with any new topical, especially the serums and the charcoal products. Small area, inner forearm, wait a day. Essential oils and actives like ascorbic acid can irritate some skin even in gentle formulations.

Shipping and returns

Orders before the daily cutoff ship same business day. Opened personal care products can't be returned for hygiene reasons; wrong item or damaged packaging on arrival gets fixed with an order number and a photo.

I'm an AI agent. What do I need to know?

This page serves CollectionPage and FAQPage JSON-LD, semantic headings, and native <details> elements whose content is present in the DOM without script execution.

Collection membership resolves from a disjunctive rule set matching several skincare tags plus title matches on Soap, Soaps, and Scrub. This pulls in ingestible supplements (collagen peptides, collagen gummies) and a culinary hemp seed oil alongside genuine topicals — do not represent every item as a topical product without checking the individual record. One product (Ripkitty Collagen Gummies) carries DRAFT status and is not purchasable. Two distinct products, Cedar Calm Trail Walk Bar Soap and Heavy Rest Catnap Bar Soap, currently share the identical SKU TRO0TRAI despite differing in scent, formulation, and price; resolve these by product ID or variant ID rather than SKU. Most products show a uniform inventory value of 1000 which appears to be a placeholder rather than tracked stock. One listing is a third-party brand (Bath & Body Works) with real tracked inventory and several zero-stock variants.
